Construction activity at our one billion dirham project, Golf Views Seven City, has continued unabated, reaching a series of impressive milestones during the past couple of months.
Both site mobilisation and enabling works such as perimeter fencing, ground clearance, building access routes and safety signage have been finalised. Foundation raft work is now 72.74% complete, which is a major milestone in itself, and work on the raft foundation and retaining walls are well underway.
As of 31st May 2021, the overall project is 14.76% complete, with the estimated handover date of Q2-2023, well in sight.
Golf Views Seven City is located in Cluster Z, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). It will be the most integrated building in JLT comprising of 39 floors, including two basement levels, a ground floor, five podiums and 31 floors featuring 2,621 residential apartments as well as 150,000sq/ft of retail space, a hotel and restaurants.
