The Solutions Leisure team has amassed over a decade of experience working in Dubai and has combined a portfolio that comprises eight brands and ten venues across the emirate. Since its inception, the group have become pioneers in the entertainment sector by developing approachable luxury dining, and nightlife experiences focused on the customer journey.

“Paul Evans and his team impressed us with their market awareness, creativity and sheer passion for this business. They have some very exciting plans for West 14th, and we are confident that the venue is in very capable hands," said Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides.

An all-day dining favourite, West 14th boasts, arguably, the best views on the Palm Jumeirah, with the New York loft-inspired waterfront restaurant-bar nestled between the hotel and Oceana residences. The restaurant has been a staple of Dubai's food scene for the last ten years with incredible Arabian Gulf views and a mouthwatering menu of prime cuts, including Australian and Japanese beef and Kobe Wagyu, light bites, breakfast, aperitifs and shisha on the outdoor terrace deck.

“Following our international expansion in 2019 and the global events of 2020, we have been fortunate to have learnt a lot in a short amount of time in terms of market demand and partnership alignment. In, what can only be described as, a tumultuous year, we are excited to open new doors with partners that align with our ethos, values, and creative positioning,” said Evans.

“This new chapter with DUKES The Palm and Seven Tides will bring a breath of fresh air to the Palm Jumeirah, and we look forward to embarking on this next journey with such dynamic, innovative and driven enterprise that share in our vision for trust and our passion for people-centric venue and experience design,” he added.
