Job Description

  • Managing all leases from potential and existing tenants.
  • Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating property management software.
  • Perform viewings with potential clients inquired online or walk-in.
  • Negotiating leasing conditions.
  • Attend to all email and call inquiries received from tenants.
  • Meet the clients regarding their renewal, property inquiries, maintenance works etc.
  • Enter, update and verify the information in Property Management system (Salesforce).
  • Assist the tenants on their maintenance inquiries and inform relevant departments promptly.
  • Coordinate with all the clients for the collection of contracts, due renewal, bounced cheques and replacement of cheques.
  • Coordinate with security/watchman for scheduled Move-ins/Move-outs, and for maintenance issues and house rules violations.
  • Ensure a timely and efficient update of all records on property management software including:
  • Publish/add/update units including upload of tenant documents
  • Tenant contracts
  • Assist in the performance of all necessary functions to facilitate Tenant “Move In” and“Move Out” procedures including:

·       Letters to tenants regarding lease obligations

·       Lease expiration date notification

·       Renewal/move out obligation letters

·       Security Deposit Return Letters

  • Attend to potential new leads to PM software in case received directly or PM admin require assistance.
  • Responsible for Activity, New lease, Renewal Reports.
  • Track tenancy contracts, NOC status and FMR.
  • Track all units that are leased, expired, legal, blocked and available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Property Management/Real Estate Background
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of local rental regulations and compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of rental agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software.
  • Well Versed with RERA Laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player.
